[urq] re: engine start button

I've got a three switch panel to the left of my steering wheel where the 
vents used to be that I use to power up my cq.  The key mechanism part of 
the steering column lock broke, which is prohibitively expensive (to me 
anyway) so thanks to fellow 20v lister Dave Hord, I now have a perfectly 
functioning, reliable way of powering and starting my car, including a 
safety lock out for the starter.  For 9$ in parts, vs. over 200$, I'll live 
with it after the fad goes away (I didn't know it was one to begin with, but 
hey, I'm cool for the moment).
