[urq] tire/wheel size

I think it would be easy to check.  As I recall, if you look at the bottom
of the speedo, there's a "W=nnnn" that shows the relative gearing of the
speedo.  Just compare an '83's speedo with an '84 (where 215/50-15 tire was

OEM) and see if they're different.
