[urq] tire/wheel size

[Brandon Rogers]

naw- comparing 205/60 (orig Audi spec size) to 215/50 - later spec by Audi 
for cars w/ 15 X 8.

Confusion may come from fact I was origianlly sizing for BBS wheels....
