I have a brake servo from an early RHD car in my 83 right now, I got it
cheap from England. What I did about the shorter actuator rod was to buy
an M6 coupling nut and a fully threaded M6x75mm bolt and cut the head off
the bolt, threaded rod would probably also work, but metric threaded rod
is difficult to find in Ohiho. I now have a spare brake servo kicking
around that I really ought to rebuild for when the current one fails.

HTH!
