[urq] Electrical question

I've been toting around the under-dash style diagram starting on page 97.66:

at track 31 there is a black wire on pin A11, it goes to pin14 on the 
FTCU as
well as one side of the FP relay coil.

the fuse box carries that to pin A15 at track 63 where it connects into 
the backup
light switch.
