Also be very carefull as you remove the cover - either the nut on the front 
will come undone leaving the stud behind with the sleeve still over it, or 
the whole stud complete with sleeve will unscrew from the block.
You REALLY don't want one of the sleeves to fall off its stud behind the 
cover, as it will likely fall right to the bottom, behind the crank pulley - 
then you've gotta remove the pulley and change the belt anyway...
