[urq] Electrical question

Okay, I see on the wiring diagrams how the locations of the pins are
annotated, thanks for pointing me in the right direction there.
My next question is this: For pins that either need to be rewired or
are old and have pulled out (I have to figure out where a pin with a
pair of blue wires with a green stripes belongs, it's just floating
around behind the fusebox), can I get these pins and just run new
wires to them, or are they pretty much unobtainable and/or require a
special tool?
