True. But considering these haven't been manufactured in probably 15 years,
how does the price go from $227 per unit to over $400 per unit in under a
year? I suppose you could argue supply and demand, etc, but it's not likely
that US Audi dealers sold 1,000 of these things recently!!!

Price on R8 is not that bad...
Since most of new alloys for any car from dealer are about $2k, the 8" is
actually in the average price range.
However few month back it was in the super affordable range.. $300 CDN
including taxes/wheel (must have been a computer glitch).. I missed out on
that one!!
