[urq] Monterey historics

... I'd *love* to ... but alas it is still relegated to the garage ... 

So ... how much does it cost to be able to view these historical
vehicles?

My buddy is coming out from KC again this year to attend ... I'm
thinking I might pop down there on Friday ... so perhaps one of my cars
that took the parade lap back in 1999 will be there ...
