[urq] More a/c help please

... I'm not an A/C expert ... but I do know it is possible to clog the
expansion valve ... that's what caused mine to be inop years ago ...
this was in a completely sealed up system ...
I don't think an "Italian Tune Up" will fix you here. The expansion
valve is a bit of a pain to access as it is up under the dash ... but
overall it isn't that big a deal ...
