[urq] [ADMIN]: Out of Office AutoReplies

... just a quick reminder to be careful when setting up out of office
autoreplies ... please set them up so that they do not autorespond to
audifans lists posts if at all possible.  Fortunately the way the list
is set up most of the out of office messages go to the list poster, and
don't make it back to the list proper ... but they are a minor annoyance
nonetheless.
