[urq] North American Ur-q Registry Now Online

I went to the site to enter my car's information ... the site seemed to
be overly restrictive on entering VIN.  I'm perfectly willing to provide
the "short" VIN ... 85D_900222 in my case, but I'm not going to make the
full VIN public.  The site also is choking on the value I entered as a
fair market value ... it also seems to like to add "\" characters in the
text I've entered in the "Description/Upgrades" area ... 

... guess I'll check back later ...
