[urq] Short shift kit

I did just last week.  I wasn't really looking to "shorten" the shift,
but more to just rebuild the thing.  And I was impressed.  The
machined shaft deal that Richard makes is a nice replacement for the
plastic deal.  And the new ball socket and spring tighten everything
up.

I really wanted to get James' AudiSport replica shifter, but it was
just too much money given my upcoming repaint.  I'm happy with
Richard's kit.
