[urq] Intake Hoses

It seems that blasting around the NE trying to keep up with Phil's 20V,
Pastore (who's a maniac), and the legendary S4+ with Saltino Motorsport
floormats was too much.  I blew a hole in the turbo->IC hose that forced
me to drive the 17 hours home while trying to stay out of the boost.
Even when wrapped with several layers of duct tape, I'd get a whistle at
1.00001 BAR.

Has anyone put together some generic Samco hoses or similar?  This is
also the perfect time to install a bypass valve.  These hoses weren't
intended to take the pressure of slamming the throttle shut at 2 BAR.
