[urq] tires

I'm using Kumho 711's in the stock size of 215/50-15 which were $46 a piece 
at Tire Rack. Probably wouldn't be great at the track but have been great 
for everyday city, highway, and back road driving. Next time I'd go for the 
225/50's though.
