  Hmmm... define "stock" on an Audi.  How many times have we all run into
inaccuracies in the FA and/or the factory service manuals, compared to the
car we're working on?  I'm not sure that is the best way to define stock.
However...  let's put it this way, it didn't arrive from the factory as
such.  However, the manufacturer developed the fix, and sent it to the
dealers.  I'm not sure if it was a TSB or not, but I do know that on my car
I was passed on the documentation showing it was performed and paid for as a
warranty claim at a dealer.  IMHO, that's pretty "stock."
