Just had to take apart my 'new' 20v again. Has about 1000 miles on it 
and it started spewing oil from the front around the oil pump. 
Everything looked OK at first glance and I couldnt tell where the oil 
was coming from.  Upon taking off the timing belt cover it appeared to 
be coming from the center of the idler pulley.  Yike!

To make a long story short, when I reassembled the motor, I put the new 
oil pump gasket right against the painted block. Over time (very short 
time) the paint separated from the block and oil weeped between it. All 
the bolts were as tight as I would go with it too.  Only cure was to 
take it all down, take off the paint, and put in a new gasket. Has been 
fine ever since, but I thought Id pass it along since Ive never seen 
that before. 

In the future, Ill be taking off the paint in that area before assembling!
