[urq] Brake servo questions 83 UrQ

My 83 WR brake servo (between firewall an MC) has a small unique screw 
on the bottom center of the unit.  The head has a spirally orientated 
series of ramps (reminds of the tamper resistant screws used to hang 
public bathroom partitions) which appears to control how tight you can 
get it.  The screw is threaded the first 3/16" and then reduces to a 
smaller non threaded diameter for another 1/4". The darn thing leaks 
regardless of its tightness.  Anybody know what this is for? Should I 
get some HD pipe sealer and do it up?  My 81 does not have the small 
screw in the bottom and does not leak.

Also whats the deal with the starter solenoid?  Looks like somebody 
added a relay prior to the starter solenoid?  It has since melted, I 
assume do to the relation of the exhaust manifold.
