[urq] Exhaust Manifold stuff

ahh I gotcha.  Well I thought the 5 separate EM gaskets were for NA motors 
and the single piece one was for the turbo app.  Shiny side towards head.  I 
know this is true on the 20V - so hopefully I'm not starting a bad rumor 
about the 10Vt......
