[urq] Best Quattro Book

My favorite is the Audi Sport quattro book by Lewandowski -- most expensive
book I've ever bought.  Limited edition and each is numbered.  Can
occasionally be found between $400-$600 on German Ebay (but it's been a few
years since I last looked).

Otherwise, for historical data and other tidbits Pollard's book is a good
one. The Gold Portfolio is basically a bunch of reprinted magazine articles.
There is another one that  I can't remember the name of (out of print) -- 
I'll have to check when I get home.
