buy a battery, if your alternator was bad the engine would have died 
while driving. the W terminal is for sending a speed signal to the 
tachometer on diesel powered URQ's, a very rare car ;-) , ie does not 
exist. charge your battery for at least 24 hours at low amp input (less 
than 5 amps) before you decide to junk it.
