[urq] It's that time again...

As I type there are three dead plastic boxes in the back of my truck, about
to toodle into town and get new ones for the urq and the 200q20v sedan.
Both have less than 50mA drain when parked, but a few cold snaps and
long waits between drives just kills the shelf life on the things.
