[urq] Urq in GT4...

I had a GT3 saved game that I converted, giving me 110,000 credits to
start with.  I went ahead and got the Urq.  It actually got me a ways
into the game before running out of upgrades.

They did a pretty decent job modelling it.  I really wish they would
have put the A2 or the S1 in there as well, but beggars can't be
choosers.
