[urq] No brakes!

Had same thing happen. Changed MC and same happened again. Same bubbling 
in the reservoir, while been very difficult to bleed the brakes. It 
turned out to be the proportioning valve. If you bow in the reservoir 
and open p/valve bleeder some air would come out. That's the sign, if it 
was MC or leaking line, you would have at least two wheels braking, 
while if yo get the air in the system, there is no brakes at all. 
Replaced the p/valve with much simpler one that mounts vertically from 
90Q, adopted lines and the bracket, and the brakes are what they used to be.
