I was poking around this site: http://www.bufkinengineering.com, 
and noticed that he has a dual wastegate set-up on his 20v, an "anti-lag"
system.  (middle pic...http://www.bufkinengineering.com/big%20turbos.htm)
Just curious, anyone know how these work?
