[urq] '84 urq deck lid (boot)

After further investigation, my Deck appears to be factory fresh;
however, after checking my notes on the '84 I find that Ian Nicolson,
the previous owner, apparently had a total distaste for the black deck
and had that piece repainted. Why he didn't put the same quality paint
on the RF fender is beyond me. 

I'm going to keep the red deck. Thanks for looking guys I should have
searched my archives first.

My '84, also T- red, has also a March '84 build date - # 900987.  Black
decklid.
