[urq] Puzzling stalling situation

Well, on a few occasions now, the '84 has stalled on me (coincidenally just
before I was about to park the car anyway).  What makes this a bit more
disconcerting is that if I attempt to start the car right after this, the
starter won't turn over-- no click, no nothing. If I wait a while (at least
5 minutes), she'll start right up.  Methinks it's an electrical heat-related
issue  and I have an idea where the problem lies, but appreciate any
suggestions/experiences.
