[urq] Water Pump and Timing Belt was "help"

OK, you've got me guessing now.  I'm not sure.  I will have to investigate.
I guess I assumed because of the 7:1 ratio that it would not be, but you
know what they say about assuming anything... ;-)

Plus the TB on my '84 is overdue...
