[urq] Online ETKA status update

Putting my three-day weekend to good use...

I converted all those PDFs to more usable and less taxing GIFs.  They're 
all very high quality and don't require the Acrobat Reader.  There are 
small ones (about 640 pixels wide), big ones (2550 pixels wide), and the 
original PDFs in case I missed something.  The location has 
changed...it's http://thesmokingsection.cponline.org/quattro/ETKA .  The 
backup site at http://filebox.vt.edu/users/rfitton/ETKA remains up for 
the time being, though it still only contains the PDFs...I don't have 
enough space there for the GIFs.

The site is still going down sometime in the next few weeks.  Hopefully 
just for a couple days.  I still don't know the exact date, but I'll 
keep everyone apprised.  And if you see any errors in the conversion, 
let me know.
