[urq] Road trip for new URQ update

I am thinking of changing my plans for bringing home the new to me  URQ.
I would like to try to fly out, buy it, drive it down to the location  for 
the Aug. UPG event, store it, fly back to Denver, ride back in August, and  
drive back with Denver attendees. That would be ideal if I can put it all  
together.
Anyone with UPG info (I deleted it as I thought I would not be able to make  
it) that could forward same and advise as to storage facilities etc would be  
appreciated.
