There is hope for a quattro club in HI. My wife and I are giving serious
thought to moving there within the next year or two. In fact we are going
out this fall to look for a place. We'd most likely move to the Kohala coast
of the Big Island.

So ... which island are you on?  *Someday* I plan to live on the "Big
Island" ... and when I do, I plan to have QTC222 with me.  There is at
least one other quattro fan on the island of Hawaii ... if that is where
you are, and if you'd like, I can put you in contact with him.  I'm sure
he'd appreciate being able to visit with you and your car.
