Well finally last night, for the first time since I've been watching, it leaked at shut down.  Maybe due to the fact it was parked on a hill...?  I doubt it... although I have not had time to really look- it appears to be coming from the lower rad hose where it connects at front of radiator (urq radiator).  I'll have to pull my shroud off to know for sure.  Hopefully just a loose clamp - as I replaced that hose only a year ago... and the radiator 2 years ago.

Thanks for the ideas - I'll post a follow up when I know for sure.

  Try pulling the resivor/expansion tank, and look at where the hose on the bottom attaches.  Sounds like the mystery leak I had two years ago.  Would only leak a few drops when it was very hot.
