Jim,
With the help of Scott at SJMauto.com, I have put together a 25.4mm m/c vacuum brake servo settup with these pieces:
http://home.comcast.net/~urq20vt/brakes.html
It's a Lucas 4kq brake booster (no audi part number on it, sorry), and this short 4-port 25.4mm master cylinder, which uses the later-style round reservoir. The part number of the master cylinder is 441-611-021A, not sure what car it is from.
Scott test-fit the vacuum booster to the m/c before he turned the parts over to me, so I have a high level of confidence they will work, and with a 4kq brake pressure regulator I am still waiting for, give me properly proportioned vacuum boost brakes for my bomb-less 20vt urq. Yes there will be enough vacuum, even with the turbo. It works just fine on Javad's EFI 80tq and Anthony Bennett's 4ktq.
I can't remember if you were going to try and use a vacuum boost settup or not, and I'm not sure if this m/c will bolt up to the urq hydraulic booster...but if you can find a 4kq vacuum booster and your urq m/c will bolt up to it, then I think this m/c will bolt up to the urq brake booster.
I was a little hesitant to share this specific level of info until the parts were actually on my car and working, but it sounds like you are pretty motivated to find a solution so figured I'd share what I can...
Best of luck,
Jon
