[urq] Recommended Websites for urq Fans

I had my (underdash) fusebox out a few weeks ago and the drawings
in the red Bentley seemed to be a pretty good match.  At first I didn't
see anything in it that looked right, but later realized that I was only
checking at the front ( 83 < 84, right ? ) of the schematic section.  The
ones that matched were AFTER the first one or two 4K sections, the
urq power window circuits and other add-ons follow the main wiring pages.
