Assuming you have the quattro script in the defroster you will likely have a 
real hard time finding an exact replacement - unless you have it shipped 
from Europe.  Otherwise CGT rear windows will work - just make sure it has 
the hole for a window wiper - again assuming your car has a rear wiper...
