[urq] C Pillar Part Help

Andrew,
I used a flat blade screw driver and quite a bit of force in
conjunction with needle nosed pliers. Most broke..... 
I am hoping they are not "NLA" but I can probably 
find something else that can be used....

More importantly, how does one get the white plastic gromets that
receive the vent screws and hold on the black plastic parts off!
