Thanks Steve.  I have heard from a few sources that Boston Acoustics makes a
nice, shallow 3 in speaker that will fit front and rear.  Thatcher also
suggested a polk audio speaker.  Apparently the issue is speaker depth, the
cutouts just aren't large enough to support the deeper speakers, especially
in the rear parcel shelf IIRC...

Jim,
Honestly, I haven't paid much attention to speakers to fit our cars yet, so
I'm not quite sure what I am going to do yet.  I'll probably just go to a
few stores, take a listen and see what I can get to fit without cutting,
which probably won't be much.

Personally, I'm not into the sound system stuff like I used to be, so I'm
not going to go nuts with it.
