[urq] No hot start (fixed)

It turned out to not only be a no hot start, but a no start today. When
measuring ECU voltage while cranking, I guess I didn't crank long enough
yesterday when I got 9.2V at the ECU. Today, when cranking, I got down to
0V. I tried turning the key different ways, but the ECU voltage always
dropped to 0V when cranking.

The ignition switch was new last fall, but even after cranking, if I tried
to turn the key to crank again before resetting the switch, the ECU would
still go to 0V. So, I suspected a bad switch. Off comes the steering
column cover, and I find that if I hold the ignition switch connector a
certain way, I get 10V at the ECU while cranking.

I pull the ignition switch connector, and all the female disconnects are
loose inside the connector. Pop out each of the terminals, bend them back
to tight, put the connector back on the switch, and voila! engine starts
every time now! I've got spark again, and the fuel pump runs during
cranking rather than just the 2 seconds afterward. And now the tach
doesn't bounce with the turn signal on, or with the radiator fan on, or in
the rain, or at all.

Guess I've got good voltage again where it needs to be.

And now I feel comfortable taking it to work tomorrow.

See you all (most of you, some of you...) at UPG 05!
