[urq] Wheel restoration - dispute on my R8 - sprayed or powercoated.

I picked up a used R8 which was advertised as
powercoated white.  I showed it to my paint Pro (guy
spends 3 hours a week teaching an autobody class, he
has his own shop for 10 years) - and he said it was
sprayed not powdercoated.  I'm just curious how could
I tell?  The wheel sure looks nice.
