[urq] Brake rotors/pads

Where is a good place to get rotors and pads for the front?  Any pad
suggestions?

I found these cross-drilled rotors at thepartsbin,

Are they any good?  They're really cheap, but is there any difference
performance wise?

blauparts has a set for 65$, Meyle street pads or something.  Are they solid?
