[urq] After-run coolant pump?

Since in other parts of the world the urquattro carried on after the
original WR/WX, Audi did plumb in a WC turbo jacket with the afterrun
system into the car.  On TFA you can see the diagram that shows how it
was worked in, but the part numbers aren't included on the US version.
Due to the changes in the underhood configuration they are different
than the T44, but I'm sure T44 parts could be made to work.  I know Mr.
Eiche has the details on the "proper" setup, you may be able to find
some info from the archives.
