Wasn't there a cross between a 4kq, S1, and a dustbuster at a UPG event
before? A precedent has been set!

Well I would like to attend the UPG-CT at the
end of August but I am not sure if my car is 
eligible. It has an '85 ur-q VIN but modified
body work?	 I could park it behind a tree.
What is the consensus? 

There is no way the '83 will be ready and the
'84 is fairly unlikely too....
