[urq] replacement seats ???

Hi guys...
 
new to the list. (at least I don't remember posting, tough getting old...)
 
anywho, I'm getting there with most of the mechanical issues I had since picking up the Ur not that long ago (although my water pump sometimes squeals a bit and I think I need a pass balljoint - nothing major) so now I'm looking at some cosmetic issues....
 
My carpet set is attrocious. Any options ? I can actually get a set from Audi but <gulp> at $1800 for both front and rear, I think I'll pass.... has anyone ever had a set made up ?
 
Also, the seats themselves are actually pretty good but the driver seat frame is tweaked a bit.  I'll probably get a better look over the weekend to see if I can do something about it but my question is, would it be considered sacrilege to swap something else in ?  What fits ? 
 
ok, one more... assuming my water pump is on the way out, where to get parts ?
