[urq] Loose windows

The felt accross the top is one thing... but likely it is the felt in the tracks that guide the widow vertically... inside the door.  They shrink... get hard... and then rattle.

Guys-
How do you "tighten up" th ewindows so that when you shut the door with window 
down it doesn't sound like the window is about to fall out. Does it relate to 
that felt strip across the top that I think keeps [most of the] water out?
