[urq] Speedo Accuracy

Anyone try a portable GPS?  That way you get instaneous speed with no
calculation required.

That's why I thought it a little interesting - the 225/50 is bigger than 
standard 215/50 - yet the speedo is still optimistic.  I bet they kept same 
speedo gearing as the early cars and the 225/50 is a little smaller than 
those..
