[urq] E-brake cable dust boot

Any BTDT's?

I need to figure out a way to seat the dust boot for
the emergency brake cable where it passes out of the
vehicle along the center tunnel - without having to
remove the drive shaft. It's not exactly easy to get
at from inside the vehicle or underneath.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
