[urq] CIS removal

I'm at about this point in taking mine out too, and as far as I can
tell, the black wire is the ignition switched 12V and the green wire
with the purple stripe goes to the fuel pump relay. No idea what the
second one is for. I didn't have any idea what I was doing when I got
into this EFI swap. The mechanical parts and the under-the-hood
wiring seem like they'll be easy, but the stuff in the cab is a bitch.
