Call me Mister Piëch

The technology-laden Audi Quattro arrives, and the staff goes pink with
delight. The car is the brainchild of a skinny guy named Ferdinand Piëch,
who considers automotive writers to be congenial nose pickers but who also
has a cool uncle, Ferry Porsche. At 38 000$, the Quattro is absurdly
expensive, but it is faster and quicker through the quarter-mile than a
Z-28, and it exudes a genuine Euro-macho tastefulness that sets it apart.
