Mike,
There is no great secret.  The nozzles have molded-in barbs that hold them in.  In the front, you can use a needle nose plyers from the bottom to squeeze them to fit through the hole.  You can't get to the back side of the rear nozzle, you pretty much just have to carefully pry it out.  You could probably reuse the fronts, I wouldn't plan on using the rear nozzle.

Well spent yesterday and today with Martin disassembling
the '85 to get it painted. It went very well.

A couple of questions, what is the secret for removing the
rear window washer jet? And how do I remove the washer nozzles
from the hood without breaking them?
