[urq] Leaky oil cap

Precisely, Jim.

I may have a lead...by overtightening the valve cover bolts and adding
a second seal on the filler cap, leaking has been reduced.  I'm going
to replace the oil pressure switch tonight and if that doesn't work, I
have a cork gasket.

Wish me luck, and thanks for the advice so far.
